2008 Shanghai Noon Summer BBQ Summary
Hi all,
Thanks everyone for coming today to make another great memorable annual summer BBQ party even though we got 2nd in tug war but Shi Kan wins the champion of Water Melon Eating Competition, and many more fun moments...
I'd like to take this opportunity to thanks all our volunteers' great work to make this event another success.
Vicky Xu, Qikai and his wife, Zhao Liang, Shi Kan, Weibin, Yujie, Zhu Qing, Christy, Xiaotian, Miangang, Niandong, Zhangmin Wang and many more on site volunteers, sorry if I miss anyone and names.
Thanks everyone to make it a great party to network, to have fun together. Thanks for our VIP guests and our sponsors (Western Union and Prudential).
As our current board chairwoman Vicky spoke at the party, we are in the process of re-electing of the new board members, please do help participate. Our board has done a great job of supporting our alumni organization and guiding our volunteer committee, we do encourage more alumni to join our volunteer committee (just email me if you are interested and willing to know more friends and contribute to serve our alumni community) and to help elect the new board as well.

BTW, we should have more events coming in Oct and Nov, stay tuned, please email me directly or any of our volunteer if you are interested in any particular subject or would like to contribute or organize any event to help our own alumni organization.
